Are you currently able to operate at 100% of your intended capacity? If not, to what extent are you currently operational?

In the event of a return to “full lockdown” to what extent are you able to maintain a virtual or distanced service to your beneficiaries? Any comments on how you operated between March – June 2020 would be helpful and whether you hope to be able to deliver increased service during any second lockdown, based on learning from the first.
